You are strictly prohibited from using BookletAI to create, generate, or distribute any of the following types of content:

❌ Child Safety Violations

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), or any sexualized depiction of a minor, whether real, illustrated, or AI-generated
Sexualized, suggestive, or exploitative content involving anyone under 18 years of age
Content that endangers, grooms, or facilitates the abuse or exploitation of minors
Uploading images of minors for the purpose of generating inappropriate or altered depictions

⚠️ Zero Tolerance: We operate a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material. Violations result in immediate and permanent account termination without warning or refund, preservation of the associated account and content records, and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and any other competent law enforcement authorities.

❌ Deepfakes and Impersonation

Realistic synthetic depictions of real, identifiable individuals created without their consent
Non-consensual intimate imagery of any person, including synthetic or AI-generated depictions
Content that impersonates real people, public figures, brands, or organizations in a misleading manner
Synthetic media created to defraud, defame, harass, or manipulate, including fabricated statements or events attributed to real people
Using another person's likeness to falsely imply endorsement, affiliation, or authorship

❌ Hate Speech and Discrimination

Content promoting hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
Discriminatory or derogatory content targeting individuals or groups
Content that incites violence or harassment against any person or group

❌ Illegal Activities

Content promoting or facilitating illegal activities
Drug trafficking, illegal substances, or controlled substances
Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
Money laundering or other financial crimes
Human trafficking or exploitation

❌ Intellectual Property Violations

Content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
Unauthorized use of copyrighted characters, logos, or brands
Plagiarism or misrepresentation of others' work

❌ Misinformation and Harmful Content

Deliberately false or misleading information
Medical misinformation that could cause harm
Content intended to manipulate elections or political processes
Deepfakes or manipulated media intended to deceive

⚠️ Special Notice for Image Generation: Our AI image generation features are subject to strict content filtering. Any attempt to generate prohibited content, especially adult or violent imagery, will be automatically blocked and may result in immediate account termination.

Content Moderation and Filtering

BookletAI employs advanced automated content filtering systems to detect and prevent the creation of prohibited content:

Automated Filtering: Our AI systems automatically scan all content generation requests and block those that violate this Policy
Prompt Analysis: Text prompts are analyzed before processing to identify potentially prohibited content
Image Analysis: Generated images are automatically scanned for prohibited content before delivery
Manual Review: Flagged content may be subject to manual review by our moderation team

Consequences of Violations

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy will result in the following actions:

First Violation: Warning and temporary suspension of content generation capabilities
Repeated Violations: Permanent account suspension and termination of service
Severe Violations: Immediate permanent ban without warning, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities
No Refunds: Accounts terminated for Policy violations are not eligible for refunds

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates this Policy, please report it immediately to our support team at [email protected]. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

To help us act quickly, please include the following in your report:

A link to, or a copy of, the content in question
The reason you believe it violates this Policy, referencing the relevant category above
Your contact details, so we can follow up if we need more information

We acknowledge reports within 3 business days and aim to complete our review within 10 business days. Reports involving child safety or non-consensual intimate imagery are escalated immediately and handled as the highest priority. Where you are the rights holder of infringed material, or the subject of non-consensual or impersonating content, you may also request removal through the same address, and we will remove confirmed violations promptly.

If we remove your content or restrict your account, we will notify you at the email address associated with your account. If you believe the action was taken in error, you may appeal by replying to that notice; appeals are reviewed by our moderation team and you will receive a decision within 10 business days.
